Publicity Request Form

All communication requests need to be submitted using this form or the printed form; to best serve everyone in sharing our events, to most effectively reach the intended audience, and create the most positive response. 

 

We recommend all requests should be submitted a minimum of 8 weeks before the event.  Different communication requests have different deadlines.  

Deadlines for Specific Request Types:

  • Newsletter - 1 week before the end of the month (24th for a 31 day month)

  • Social Media/Website - at least 6 weeks before event for an effective advertising

  • Bulletin/Announcement - 10 am Wednesday (Holidays may impact this deadline)
